GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Seller / We / Us / Our: Weij Services, located at wipmolen 58, 3642 AE Mijdrecht, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 89303059.

  • Customer / You: any natural or legal person who places an order on the Website.
  • Products: all goods offered for sale on the Website.

2. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, purchases, and deliveries of Products through the Website.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Prices and Information

  1. All prices shown on the Website include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  2. Shipping costs and additional fees are displayed during checkout.
  3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Such changes do not affect confirmed orders.
  4. We are not bound by obvious errors, including incorrect prices, product descriptions, or availability.

4. Orders and Payments

  1. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
  2. We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card.
  3. If payment cannot be verified, we may cancel the order.
  4. We may cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or unlawful resale.

5. Retention of Title

All Products remain our property until full payment is received.
Customers may not resell, pledge, or dispose of Products before full payment has been made.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  1. We deliver to all countries except the following countries: Antarctica, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, China, Clipperton Island, Cuba, French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Iran, Isle of Man, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, North Korea, Pitcairn Islands, Sint Eustatius, Svalbard, Sudan, Syria, Tokelau, Wake Island, Western Sahara.
  2. Estimated delivery times are provided on the Website but are not guaranteed.
  3. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
  4. We are not responsible for deliveries shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
    Customers must verify their details before completing checkout.
  5. If a package is lost or severely delayed, we will offer a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. Customers have the right to return Products within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.
  2. Returned Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs are paid by: Customer.
  4. We will process refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned Products.
  5. Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, opened food items).
    Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the Website.

8. Warranty

  1. All Products include a legal warranty of at least 6 months unless stated otherwise.
  2. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

9. Liability

  1. Our liability is limited to the total amount of the order in question.
  2. We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of income, data, or profit.
  3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where legally prohibited (e.g., fraud or gross negligence).

10. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at the footer on our Website.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or disruptions to carriers.

12. Account Creation

  1. Customers may create an account for faster checkout.
  2. Customers are responsible for keeping login details confidential.
  3. We may suspend or delete accounts in cases of misuse.

13. Complaints

We aim to respond within 48 hours.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be published on the Website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be handled by the court of Amsterdam.
