RETURN POLICY

At rimmo, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your product within 14 days, according to EU and Dutch consumer law.


1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing any reason.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

2. How to Register a Return

  1. Send an email to rimmobv@outlook.com with the subject “Return Request”
  2. Include the following information:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Product(s) you want to return
    • Reason for return (optional)
  3. We will send you the return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a track-and-trace service.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in original condition
  • Include original packaging (as far as reasonably possible)
  • You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but not use it extensively

Non-returnable items:

  • Products with broken hygiene seals
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Customized or personalised items (such as engraving or made-to-order goods)

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return:

  • We will refund the full purchase amount using the original payment method
  • If the entire order is returned, the original shipping cost will also be refunded
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, return the product and place a new order.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send an email to rimmobv@outlook.com including:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the condition of the item during the return period
  • You are responsible for proper packaging and secure shipping
  • Keep the proof of shipment (track and trace) until your refund is completed

9. Warranty

All products are covered by statutory warranty under EU and Dutch law.
